Moment Field Playground
A small instrument for summoning deterministic color weather from seed strings, token palettes, and a few carefully bounded controls.
This began as a clock. The first idea was literal: a field orientation module that changed with the moment. The hands came off quickly. What stayed was better: a sense that time could become atmosphere instead of chrome.
The clock became an abstract hero field. The hero field became a living background. The background started asking for knobs. This playground keeps the useful constraint from the original sketch: the same seed and options produce the same scene, which means an image can feel alive without becoming unknowable.
